ordered4 books. Very disappointing, the colours were terrible, red orange tinge to them. These photos were not perfect but colour was good on computer. Complete waste of money. Have ordered from you before and was very pleased with results.Will not chance another order.

Haven't received

Haven't received 2/3 of my order, was meant to be for Christmas presents and only 1 of the 3 items arrived on the 19th Dec, I contacted the customer service team and a new one order was dispatched, although I did explain that they were for Christmas presents. As above another order with the 2/3 items was dispatched however, still not received and the purpose of them is too late to use them as Christmas presents as it was 6 days ago. Little disappointing, I understand that it's a busy time of the year but the items were ordered well before Australia Posts cut off delivery times. A little more communication would of been great and much appreciated.
