The calendar is of a good quality but the lack of communication - starting with receiving no notification that my order had been received to any indication as to when it might arrive was extremely frustrating. I had to email a few times to find out this information- unlike other companies- for example Vista Print who notify you straight away and give you updates as to how your order is progressing.
